TerraTrack
Data Visualization & Analysis
Overview
TerraTrack is a comprehensive R Shiny application developed to support environmental and forestry research, including tree growth modeling, trafficability analysis, and National Forest Inventory (NFI) tasks. It provides a powerful 'GeoLibre-inspired' graphical interface.
Users can upload diverse datasets into a shared memory pool to perform extensive data engineering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and pipeline batch deployments. The interface features a single persistent workspace with a top menubar, unified dataset manager, dynamic center canvas, and contextual tools panel.
The platform seamlessly transitions from data preparation into advanced statistical modeling (LME, ANOVA, multinomial regression), machine learning (Random Forest, DA, Clustering), and intensive spatial/LiDAR point cloud processing capable of handling massive raw aerial point clouds directly into an interactive 3D browser canvas.
An integrated floating AI Co-Pilot widget retains context of the current active dataset, mathematical outputs, and specific UI plots to provide robust, continuous analytical support.
